The robin came back!

If you read the below post you will read that the robin that came into the garden during the snow managed to evade me and my camera, much to my frustration. Well he came back today and I managed to get some photos of him with the zoom lens. I have run out of bird seed and crumbled the last fat ball up to feed the ground feeding birds this morning. I need to go into town to stock up on bird food again as they expect it now. I have lots of feeders hanging up so the little birds are okay but the ground feeders that can't cling onto the hanging feeders are begining to rely on me, so that is my priority in the morning. I gave them some museli this morning, not sure if this is okay for them or not but they loved the raisens and the dried fruit in it :o)

Slimming world was yesterday, I was one of only five people who braved the snow to get weighed, 6 if you incude the leader! Really disapointed, after that massive 5lb weight loss last week, I stayed the same this week. I know where I went wrong and it won't happen again. I went on the treadmill today, usually I do power walking for 20 minutes but today I did fast running for five minutes. I surprised myself actually. I didn't know I could run for that long lol. Tomorrow I am aiming for six minutes and am going to try to add a minute each day. I know 5 minutes doesnt sound much but blimey, you wanna try it, it feels like forever lmao.
